2 ¼ cups Butter
3 cups Sugar, Brown
1 ½ cups Sugar
3 Egg
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
4 ½ cups Flour, White, Unbleached
1 ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
¾ teaspoon Salt
2 ¼ cups Oats
4 ½ cups Raisins

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line baking sheets with parchment.
3. Using an electric mixer cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, rolled oats and raisins. Stir into the butter mixture.
5. Using scoop, drop dough on prepared sheets.
6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Cool completely before removing from pan.
8. Store in tightly sealed container.
